Where the journey
really begins.

Two sessions, one table, one evening. For more and more travellers the AI assistant is the first stop, long before your app or your website. Roundtable from 17:00, networking dinner from 19:00.

For a growing share of travellers and customers, the AI assistant is the first port of call: for inspiration, research, comparing offers and the booking decision itself. The decisive turn is often taken before your app, your website or classic search even come into play.

For travel and transport brands that means three things at once: staying visible where the decisions are actually made, producing content fast enough for real personalisation, and turning AI from an experiment into measurable revenue.

So where do businesses actually stand today, and which AI-led customer journeys already work across channels? That is what we work through at the table. The roundtable runs from 17:00 to 19:00, followed by a networking dinner from 19:00 to 21:00.

The discussion
II

Three topics to carry the evening.

01
TOPIC 01

Present where the journey begins

How your brand stays visible and relevant in the AI era, in the places where travellers, customers and partners now make their first decisions, long before the click through to your own site.

Visibility · Discovery
02
TOPIC 02

From brand knowledge to experience

How the material you already hold, guides, campaigns, documentation, fare and process knowledge, turns into personalised experiences at speed, and stays consistent across every channel.

Content · Personalisation
03
TOPIC 03

Insights over instinct

Study data on how search and booking behaviour is shifting in travel and transport, plus real numbers on AI-driven growth, so decisions rest on facts rather than on trends.

Schedule
III

Four hours, no stage.

17:00 to 19:00

Roundtable

Arrival and reception at the Wasserturm, a short opening from Adobe, then the moderated discussion across the three topics. Chatham House rules apply from the first minute.

19:00 to 21:00

Networking dinner

Dinner together, looking out over the city. A chance to carry the roundtable conversation on in a smaller setting, with no agenda.

The water tower on Kaygasse was built in 1872 and was once the largest of its kind in Europe. The listed brick building now houses a hotel, and its glass structure opens up a view across the whole of central Cologne over eleven floors.

We are guests in a private part of the building. No passing traffic, no open bar, just the group at the table.

By public transport: lines 3, 4, 16 or 18 to Poststraße, then a two minute walk.

“The most honest conversations about AI do not happen on stages. They happen at the table, among people with the same numbers on their desks.”

Who else is at the table, how the evening actually runs, whether the trip is worth it: just ask, we reply the same day.
